Can you help us manage our teams internally?

That is what we love doing. That would be perfect. Ideally, we want to work with you and your teams over the next 6-12 months.

We want to help build and manage your teams, expand in-house skills and knowledge whilst delivering growth/change that you need.

Longer-term, we want you to be able to run the strategy yourselves. That is the most cost effective way for you. We still like to be on hand to advise and review the changes we have recommended and help in any way we can.

How much does it cost?

It depends...For a one off project, we will need a little more information to provide costings.

We are happy to do retainer work for our clients and fees typically range between £1700 ($2100) per month and £4000 ($5000) per month.

Workshops fees are £950 ($1200) per day.

We're outside the UK, can we still work together?

Of Course. We love working with clients all over the world.

We love using technology to help communicate with all of our clients. We prefer using the best tools for the job, wherever you are. Slack, Trello and Video conferencing are integral to how we work and save both time and money.

How many clients do you work with?

We only work with 4 consulting clients at any one time.

We won’t work with your direct competitors. That would be silly.
